I've already sent off my for my book to be sent off but here are some apples.

I like the cross between Photoshop and physical ageing  but in order to keep it short and sweet i didnt use too much Photoshop.

olding jess

so in my published book i am going to show the effects of age using Photoshop, I started with a photo of jess.
the burn tool and the clone stamp tool were useful in adding wrinkles and thinning the eyebrows, also skin gets brighter with age.
had enough of adding wrinkles I'll get back to that later but for now i am trying to make the photo itself look older without residing to the dull sepia effect.

beggining of the final piece

I finally have an idea for a final piece :) i am going to publish a hardback book with the title "things fall apart over time"
page by page in this book there is going to be images of things decaying or "falling apart" over long periods of time.

stressfull countdown

My work so far lacks the physical dimension of my subject "no time", decaying orange peels is a start to involving the subject on a more physical dimension.
this piece is successful in involving the element of stress visually but it is similar to all of my other work in the sense that it is a piece of flat art that can only be looked at.  the thing that i like about it is the amount of materials that i used to put it together everything from orange peel to rizla paper, the fine details in this piece took very long.

my escher chessboard

I created this piece using Photoshop playing with opacity, layers and colour to emphasize the stress that arises in a person when put under pressure to make decisions in order "to win".
